Moses Dyer Scored Twice Including an Injury Time Winner as Phnom Penh Crown Beat Kuching City Two One
The Malaysian side had levelled through Ajdin Mujagic in the 71st minute before the New Zealand forward struck again at the death in Cambodia.
Phnom Penh Crown beat Malaysia's Kuching City 2-1 in Cambodia on 17 September 2026 in their opening Group H match of the AFC Champions League Two, with Moses Dyer scoring both goals.
Dyer put the hosts in front in the 55th minute at the Morodok Techo National Stadium. Kuching City levelled in the 71st minute through Ajdin Mujagic, only for Dyer to settle the tie with a goal in stoppage time.
The Asian Football Confederation said the New Zealand forward's injury-time strike gave the Cambodian champions a hard-earned win. Kuching City, who were making their debut in the competition, had already used substitutions to get back on level terms before conceding late.
The result left Phnom Penh Crown top of Group H after the first round of matches. In the group's other fixture on the same evening, ten-man Kitchee of Hong Kong held South Korea's Gangwon to a goalless draw.
Both Group H sides return to action on 15 October 2026, when Kuching City host Kitchee in Sarawak and Phnom Penh Crown travel to face Gangwon in South Korea. The group winners and the best runners-up across the East region advance to the knockout rounds.
