Malaysia's women's hockey team recovered from a goal down to beat Bangladesh 3-1 in their second Group A match at the Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Games in Nagoya on 21 September 2026.

Bangladesh took the lead in the 25th minute through a field goal from Kona Akter and held that advantage at half-time.

Malaysia responded after the interval. Nuramirah Shakira Zulkifli levelled with a field goal in the 40th minute, and Zati Alyani Muhammad Zubir put Malaysia 2-1 ahead four minutes later. Nuramirah Shakira then sealed the win with her second goal of the match in the 59th minute.
