Team Falcons Swept Spacestation Gaming Four Nil in Fort Worth to Become Rocket League World Champions

The Saudi organisation became the first team from the Middle East and North Africa to lift the trophy, a year after losing the final to NRG.

Team Falcons beat Spacestation Gaming 4-0 in the grand final of the Rocket League World Championship at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, on 20 September 2026, becoming the first team from the Middle East and North Africa to win the title.

Falcons had lost the 2025 world final to NRG. This time the lineup of Samy "dralii" Hajji and the Bakhashwin twins, Saleh "Rw9" and Yazeed "Kiileerrz", did not drop a game in the decider against the North American side of Joao "diaz" Henrique, Jack "reveal" LeDuc and Zachary "zach" Stone.

Their route to the final ran through the lower bracket after a group stage defeat by Karmine Corp. Falcons beat NRG 4-1 in the lower bracket quarter-finals and then gained revenge on Karmine Corp with a 4-2 win in the semi-finals.

Kiileerrz was named MVP. It was a second world title for dralii, who first won it in 2024, and a first for the twins, who had lost the inaugural two versus two world final 4-3 to Tristan "Atow" Soyez and Alexis "zen" Bernier a day earlier.

The event, which ran from 15 to 20 September, carried a prize pool of 1.2 million US dollars across 20 teams, with 300,000 dollars going to the champions. Nassim "nass" Bali of Gentle Mates won the separate one versus one world title on 18 September, beating defending champion Hisham "Nwpo" Alqadi 4-2.
