Ryan Garcia defends the WBC welterweight title against mandatory challenger Conor Benn at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday 12 September. The main card starts at eight in the evening Eastern time, prelims at five.
Garcia is 25-2 with 20 knockouts. Benn is 25-1 with 14. Twelve rounds at 147lb in 10oz gloves. Garcia is a 4/11 favourite, Benn 11/4.
Garcia won the belt on points against Mario Barrios in February 2026. This is his first defence and Benn's first world title fight. Benn beat Chris Eubank Jr in a November rematch at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Regis Prograis in April before coming back down to welterweight.
The co-feature is Jai Opetaia against Noel Mikaelian at cruiserweight. Also on the main card: Mark Magsayo, the Filipino former WBC featherweight champion, against Andres Cortes over ten rounds, and Da'Mazion Vanhouter against Raphael Akpejiori. Jose Ramirez fights Alexis Rocha on the prelims.

Ring walks are expected around four in the morning UK time on Sunday, which is about eleven in the morning in Malaysia and Singapore and ten in Thailand. That is a rare daytime main event for the region.
