Movistar KOI beat Natus Vincere 3-1 in Nice on 18 September 2026 to take the third and last place available to the LEC at the League of Legends World Championship.

Mid laner Joseph Joon Pyun was named the most valuable player for his work on Yone, while jungler Javier Prades Batalla extended a run of appearances at every World Championship since his debut season in 2021.
Natus Vincere instead go to the Demacia Cup Global Invitational, which begins on 3 October 2026, where they will represent the LEC alongside Team Vitality.
Movistar KOI faced Karmine Corp on 19 September 2026 for the right to meet G2 Esports in the regional final on 20 September. The World Championship runs from 15 October to 14 November 2026 in the United States.
