NBA Releases Its 2026-27 Schedule With a Finals Rematch on Christmas Day

The NBA has released its 2026-27 regular season schedule: 1,230 games across 82 nights per team, running from October 20, 2026 to April 11, 2027.

Opening night is a tripleheader on NBC and Peacock, with the Celtics at the Pistons at 3pm ET, the Knicks meeting the 76ers at 7pm, and the Spurs at the Thunder at 9:30pm.

Christmas Day carries five games on ABC and ESPN, headlined by a rematch of the 2026 NBA Finals between the Knicks and the Spurs at Madison Square Garden in the noon slot. Heat-Celtics, 76ers-Lakers, Thunder-Timberwolves and Nuggets-Warriors fill out the day.

The Emirates NBA Cup returns with group play from October 30 to November 27 across designated Cup Nights, knockout rounds from December 4-11, and the championship game on December 11 at Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. No games are scheduled on Election Day, November 3, and all 30 teams play on the final day of the regular season.

Playdash will carry NBA championship and conference outrights, win totals and nightly match lines through the 2026-27 campaign.
