FlyQuest Swept Sentinels Three Nil to Set Up an LCS Semi Final Against Team Liquid
Cloud9 also won 3-0 against Shopify Rebellion a day earlier and will face top seeds LYON in the upper bracket on 19 September.
FlyQuest beat Sentinels 3-0 in Los Angeles on 13 September 2026 in the first round of the LCS Summer playoffs, a day after Cloud9 swept Shopify Rebellion by the same score.
FlyQuest, the fifth seed, won games lasting 33, 36 and 31 minutes against fourth-seeded Sentinels, according to Field Level Media. The result sends FlyQuest to an upper-bracket semi-final against Team Liquid, while Sentinels drop into the lower bracket.
Cloud9, who finished third in the regular season with a 5-2 record, beat sixth seeds Shopify Rebellion on 12 September. Edward "Tactical" Ra was named player of the game in the first and third games, and Lee "Loki" Sang-min took the award in the second.
LYON and Team Liquid, the top two seeds, received byes to the second round. Shopify Rebellion play Sentinels in the lower bracket on 18 September, LYON face Cloud9 on 19 September, and Team Liquid meet FlyQuest on 20 September. LYON are chasing a third title of the year after winning Lock-In and the Spring Split.
The playoffs run until 4 October, moving from Los Angeles to Gas South Arena in Atlanta for the final week. Sheepesports reported that the LCS will send two teams to the main event of the 2026 World Championship and a third to the Play-In stage.
