PGL Masters Bucharest: Vitality, MOUZ and Aurora book playoff spots as six teams fight for last three places
Vitality swept NAVI, MOUZ edged Spirit in overtime and Aurora beat Liquid to reach the PGL Masters Bucharest playoffs. Three 2-2 deciders follow on Wednesday.
Team Vitality, MOUZ and Aurora have reached the playoffs of PGL Masters Bucharest 2026. All three won their 2-1 pool series in the fourth round of the Counter-Strike 2 event's Swiss stage on Tuesday, 27 October. They join FUT Esports and BetBoom Team, who went through at 3-0 earlier in the week. That leaves three playoff places for six teams in Wednesday's 2-2 deciders.
Vitality turn Dust2 around against NAVI
Vitality's 2-0 win over Natus Vincere was the most lopsided series of the day. On NAVI's own map pick, Inferno, the French team won 13-2. Dust2 looked like it would go to a decider when NAVI led 9-3, but Vitality won the last ten rounds to take it 13-9.
Rg.org reports that William "mezii" Merriman finished with a 1.86 rating. jL had a 1.58 rating in his first series against NAVI, his former team.
MOUZ survive Spirit in overtime, Aurora edge Liquid
MOUZ needed three maps and overtime to get past Team Spirit. Spirit won the opener, Nuke, 13-2. MOUZ levelled on Dust2 with a 13-8 win and then won Mirage 16-14 in overtime after Spirit had been 12-10 up in regulation.
Aurora beat Team Liquid in another three-map series. Aurora took Anubis 13-11 and Liquid answered 13-11 on Inferno. Aurora then won the Cache decider 13-10, with Ozgur "woxic" Eker posting 54 kills in the series according to Field Level Media.

HLTV reports that Garidmagnai "bLitz" Byambasuren led The MongolZ with a 1.59 rating against Legacy.
