Aurelien Drapier finished with 37 kills, 25 of them with the AWP, and a 1.73 rating as Luminosity won both maps in their quarter final in Warsaw.
Luminosity beat BBL 2-0 in the quarter-finals of Logitech G Play Connect 2026 in Warsaw on 19 September 2026, winning Nuke 13-9 and Mirage 13-5 to reach the semi-finals.
French AWPer Aurelien "afro" Drapier was the difference. He finished the series with 37 kills and 20 deaths, 25 of the kills coming with the AWP, along with an average of 96.4 damage per round, a KAST of 82.5 per cent and a rating of 1.73.
Luminosity won only eight opening duels on Nuke but kept control of the map to close it out 13-9. Their own pick, Mirage, was more comfortable. Despite losing the pistol round they built an 8-4 lead on the terrorist side and extended it to 13-5 after the switch.
Luminosity had reached the playoffs by winning three of their five group matches. BBL's tournament ended in the quarter-finals.
Luminosity will face B8, who won Group A with a perfect 5-0 record, in a best-of-three semi-final on 22 September. The other semi-final pits Inner Circle against 3DMAX, who came from 7-1 down on Dust2 to beat M80 2-1 in the other quarter-final. The 100,000 US dollar event ends with a best-of-five grand final, and the winners receive 40,000 dollars.
