Sixteen Teams Meet in Nepal Next Week for Three Places and the Championship Behind It Is Worth Three Million
PUBG Mobile's last qualification gateway opens on 16 September, feeding a main event in Pakistan and a global final in Turkiye.
The last qualification gateway into PUBG Mobile's biggest event of the year opens in Nepal on 16 September.
The PMGO Season 2 regional finals run 16 to 19 September: sixteen teams, seven from Pakistan, four from Bangladesh and three wildcards, competing for three places at the main event. Winning the regional final is worth 120 PMGC points. Winning the main event is worth 150.
That main event is in Pakistan in October with 500,000 US dollars and two direct invite slots for the host nation. 4Thrives Esports and Horaa Esports have already qualified. Season 1's main event was held in Indonesia in June with the same purse.
Everything feeds the PUBG Mobile Global Championship, held offline in Turkiye from 24 November to 14 December with three million dollars. Qualification runs on PMGC points: top five from the global standings, top three South Asia, top four EECA, top six MENA, top five Turkiye, top two Western Europe, plus regional pathways.
The 2026 roadmap reinstated PMGC points as the main qualification mechanism and added in-game qualifiers across more than 200 countries.
PUBG Mobile is also an Asian Games medal event on 28 and 29 September in Aichi, with twelve teams. Thailand are among them.
