Filipino Flex Player kellyS and Korean Controller Sylvan Were Cleared to Leave Team Secret's Valorant Roster

The Philippine-based club finished between 13th and 16th in the Pacific league and now has only two players who have not been told to look elsewhere.

Team Secret allowed Filipino player Kelly "kellyS" Sedillo to explore his options on 16 September 2026 and also cleared South Korean controller Go "Sylvan" Young-sup to look for a new team, VLR.gg reported, as the Philippine-based organisation's Valorant off-season exodus continued.

KellyS is under contract until the end of the 2028 season but can talk to teams in all regions as a flex or sentinel player. He joined Secret a season and a half ago after playing the first two splits of 2025 with Global Esports. In Stage 2 under head coach Spin he mainly played Viper, Phoenix and KAY/O.

Sylvan's contract expires this off-season, and he is looking for a controller role in any region. He won Masters Bangkok 2025 with T1 before being benched, and VLR.gg reported that he was Secret's highest-rated player in Stage 1 and their second highest in Stage 2.

The two departures follow those of head coach Spin, analyst skye and in-game leader STYRON. That leaves Jonathan "natz" Adiputra and Jhian "Zeus" Vega as the only players on the roster who have not been cleared to leave. Secret finished between 13th and 16th in the Pacific league in 2026, with three wins in VCT play.

Elsewhere in Pacific, Korean Challengers side ONSIDE Gaming released all of its players and coaching staff on 16 September. ONSIDE won both Korean Challengers splits this year and beat Team Secret in the Stage 2 play-ins before losing 2-0 to Paper Rex in the playoffs.
