RLCS 2026 World Championship Heads to Fort Worth on September 15 With a $1.2 Million Prize Pool

The Rocket League Championship Series reaches its 2026 finale from September 15 to 20, when 20 teams meet at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas for the World Championship.

The prize pool is $1,200,000, with $300,000 going to the winners. Sixteen sides qualify automatically on 2026 RLCS Points accumulated across the season's open events, and four more come through last-chance qualifiers, with representation from Europe, North America, South America, MENA, Oceania, Asia-Pacific and Sub-Saharan Africa.

The event expands to six days and six stages this year: a play-in round, four group stages running A through D, and the playoff brackets. All matches are the standard 3v3 format, and the extended schedule means more series and a longer runway for form to show before the bracket.

The staggered structure matters for anyone following the event closely, because teams entering at different stages arrive with very different amounts of recent competitive play behind them.
