donk Breaks FACEIT CS2 Elo Record, Surpasses MaiL09's Mark

Team Spirit rifler Danil "donk" Kryshkovets has set a new all-time FACEIT Elo record in Counter-Strike 2, reaching 5,434 points and surpassing the previous mark of 5,415 held by Liam "MaiL09" Tugel, with eight days still remaining in the current season.

The 19-year-old started Season 8, following an Elo soft-reset, at 3,935 points and has climbed 1,499 Elo across 152 matches, averaging a 1.49 FACEIT Rating, a level of consistency few players have matched over such a long stretch of games.

donk previously held the record himself in July 2025 before MaiL09, then just 16 years old, claimed it in November 2025 by becoming the first player to break 5,400 Elo. donk's rating has also translated to top-level results, with an average 1.46 rating across the recent IEM Cologne 2026 Major.

The Team Spirit star is regarded as one of the best players in Counter-Strike 2, having won MVP at the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024 and the HLTV Player of the Year award that same season, and he will now split his focus between chasing an even higher Elo peak and Spirit's official run at BLAST Bounty Season 2.

With donk in this kind of individual form heading into Spirit's BLAST Bounty Season 2 run, his performances are likely to be closely tracked on Playdash's Counter-Strike player-props and match-winner markets.
